Most runners use the three sessions at key phases of their season:

2. Mid-build assessment
Review your progress, analyse your data, adjust training load, and troubleshoot emerging issues. This session ensures your plan evolves with your fitness and keeps you on a path of steady progression without unnecessary setbacks.
3. Pre-race strategy session
Dial in pacing, nutrition, execution, and taper. This final call helps you convert your training into a confident, well-structured race plan based on your current metrics.
